New tools for the job !!!

Attended this excellent conference this weekend. Lots of practical with great massage therapists 😁

We are very pleased to have received so many enquiries for the upcoming 2023 season. Here is some important info for newbies that are possibly interested in joining us at Ski Goddess ⛷️😍

* The groups on each course are limited in spaces, so that our instructors are never overstretched and always have adequate time for personal interaction and keeping everything fun and relaxed.

* Groups are pre qualified in skill level so that each group is at being taught at the same level for maximum benefit and progression.

* If you are interested in joining us and on specific dates. Its a good idea to get in touch soon, so that we do our best to make that happen for you. Or let you know which places are available for your skill level.

Incidentally, no matter how much meditation you've done, or scriptures you've read, or 'work' you've done on yourself, you still always return to yourself, arriving back 'being you' again with all the diversity of comfortable and uncomfortable feelings. Here we are again, just accepting whatever comes as it is. The realisation is that there's nothing to realise, just being here, not 'minding' or 'resisting' whatever comes. All that practice to realise there's nothing to do (except appreciate a lovely piggy)

Remember - always trust your skin and your senses 🌿 As your skin moves through your 28-day skin cycle, tune into whether your skin feels sore or uncomfrtable. Your skin preparations should always feel wonderful, gentle and soothing on the skin 🌸
