Such a fantastic weekend as always - but I did miss riding my bike during the weekend. Next year I might have to do the road & the gravel!

A late Medal Monday - Spartan Sprint 2026!!

The third year in a row I’ve taken part in the 5km Spartan race at Belvoir Castle, and decinitly the hardest. The first bit of running I've done in months, and I could definitely feel it especially after hitting my leg on the first obstacle.

Still such a fun event and I'll be back in 2027!

(PS I'm not sure what distracted me and Biscuit…)

Just hanging around on a Saturday.
