7 years of building Sole2Sole… 👣
And if I had to start again with zero clients —
I wouldn’t do more.
I’d do things differently.
I’d focus on depth over doing everything.
I’d prioritise visibility over perfection.
I’d build relationships, not just a client list.
Because growth didn’t come from offering more…
It came from:
🪄 Showing the work
🪄 Building trust
🪄 Creating a clear identity
And most importantly —
understanding that this isn’t just about treating feet 👣
It’s about restoring confidence.
Educating clients.
Creating experiences.
And building something sustainable.
If you’re in healthcare, wellness, or building a business 👩🏿🔬
You don’t need to do everything.
You need to do the right things well.
👇🏿
If you’re building something of your own — what’s one thing you’d do differently?

Maturing in healthcare — and in business — teaches you things no textbook ever will.
You start to realise that the work is never just about the treatment.
It’s about:
• understanding people
• creating meaningful outcomes
• building trust over time
• and delivering care that actually fits someone’s life
Over time, your perspective shifts.🪄
You stop focusing on doing more…
and start focusing on doing better, deeper, and more intentional work.
Because real impact doesn’t come from being busy.
It comes from:
• thoughtful care
• personalised approaches
• and building something that is sustainable — for both you and the people you serve
Whether you’re in healthcare or building a business,
that shift changes everything.
And you realise…
It was never just about fixing the problem.
It’s about restoring comfort, confidence, and quality of life.

It’s the month of love… 🤍
Everyone talks about love languages this time of year —
but when was the last time you thought about your feet?
We spend so much time showing love to others,
yet our feet carry us through long days, busy schedules, workouts, stress and everything in between.
What if we applied love languages to our foot care too?
Because foot health isn’t just clinical — it’s wellness.
It’s prevention.
It’s nervous system care.
It’s daily maintenance that supports your whole body.
Your feet deserve love too — not just when something goes wrong.
So… which one are you neglecting? 👣

What’s your foot love language 👣
Just like people, our feet need care in different ways.
Mine is physical touch 🤍
This looks like:
• A nourishing foot balm
• Cozy socks
• Slowing down and actually giving my feet some attention
Foot care doesn’t always have to be clinical — sometimes it’s about comfort, consistency and a little daily care.
