At the BIID Interior Design Awards 2025, was awarded The Anna Whitehead Prize for Sustainability, for the sustainably redesigned residence West Side Common.

One of only twelve certified PassivHaus refurbishments in the city to meet EnerPHit standard, this retrofit of the 1980s style house provided the client a light-filled, health-concious home.
