What an amazing month I've had out & about walking and cycling to raise funds for Young Epilepsy 👣🚴♂️📊💷💜
* minus the injury 🤦🏻♂️😂
I chalked off 284 miles and raised an amazing £1435 but unfortunately I had to postpone my 14 hour gym event and miss the last week of the challenge due to a bad fall out on a walk 😕
BUT...
I am not going to stop until I get to that 500 mile goal I set myself 🎯 So once fully healed and recovered I will be back out and about and chalking off the miles and will reschedule my Gym Event for mid November 🏃♂️🚴♂️👌🏻
Collectively as a group we have raised over £92k and counting which is truly phenomenal 👏🏻 I was the 4th highest fundraiser & completed the most miles in a group of over 1500 fundraisers 🥇 So thank you for all your support, messages, and donations ❤️

A total of 9 lbs down and 5inch loss in body measurements (chest/hip/waist ratio)

So quick question 🤔
When you are at the gym do you prefer to just crack on and do your own thing or would you prefer to have a Personal Trainer work with you to push, coach and motivate you 🤔
Well I know personal training isn't for everyone or sometimes financially viable for some on top of a gym membership etc.
BUT...
What if I said you could have a personal trainer in the palm of your hand with joys of online PT through an app, video content of each exercise you need to perform, a bespoke programme designed around you and your desired goal to follow, nutritional planning to complement all of the above, and a tracker to upload pictures, measurements and progression.
On top of all that you would also have a weekly online check in with your PT face to face and full support 24/7 just a click of a button away to keep you on track and motivated throughout the programme.
