Welcome to

Come January, I’ll be launching an online coaching platform.

This will coincide with the release of my own app for current PT clients and new online clients.

The workout online coaching page will have a lot more content available than I have been posting on this one.

If anyone wants to follow the journey, or has been toying around with having the guidance of an online coach, give us a follow and see if you can relate to any of the content I’ll be providing.

I’m really excited and genuinely starting this project because I want to work with more people.

I’ve been pretty much booked up with 1-to-1 sessions and I don’t have to capacity to work with any more clients directly.

This way, I can pass on my knowledge and work remotely with more clients, not only in and around Warrington- but hopefully over the world.

I’ll also be posting all things and documenting training with my own clients on the page.

Shout out to who’s also improving his services come January too 👌🏼

Any follows/ likes/ comments/ shares all help us to grow!

See you in the other side!

Got her a birthday sash, that she gets to wear, alllllllllll day!

On Sunday, I beat the Germans at pool scarecrow-tag, to land us a cabana and a bottle of champers today too 🍾🥂

Happy Birthday Loz! 🎉🎂

Hopefully, now you’re getting older, you’ll lose some of that attitude! 😇

Love you lots, hope you have the best day- you really deserve it 😘

Decent day to be out on the push rod.

Had a splash about in the lake to cool down, then sat in the sun to dry off 👌🏼

Belting trip to Disney, Paris 🇫🇷

We even managed to sneak off to the capital of love to ask .x an important question…

“Do you want to eat some snails?”

She said no 😔
