I am an advanced boxing coaching and a 3 star AIBA coach; a 2 x Olympic Boxing Coach with Team GB and have trained European; World and Olympic Champions and have run my own boxing gym called 'Cwmavon Hornets' for over 20 years, producing more than 100 welsh champions. Fred Evans, our very own Olympian, was trained by me since a 4 year old and is now the current European and Olympic Silver medallist. I have trained with well known names such as: Anthony Joshua; Nicola Adams; Natasha Jonas; Frankie Gavin; Billy Jo Saunders; Bradley Saunders; Bradley Skeete; ; Savannah Marshall; Khalid and Gamal Yafai; Anthony Ogogo; James Degale; David Price; Tom Stalker; Tyson Fury; Tony Jeffries; Paul Butler; George Groves; Luke Campbell; Steven Smith; Callum Smith; Andrew Selby and many others. The last 2 years I have lived in Holland where I was the Head National Olympic Coach for the Netherlands boxing team. I am now back in my local village of Cwmavon and would like to offer a range of training to suit everybody (all ages, sizes and abilities welcome). The training will suit the following:
