I am an advanced boxing coaching and a 3 star AIBA coach; a 2 x Olympic Boxing Coach with Team GB and have trained European; World and Olympic Champions and have run my own boxing gym called 'Cwmavon Hornets' for over 20 years, producing more than 100 welsh champions. Fred Evans, our very own Olympian, was trained by me since a 4 year old and is now the current European and Olympic Silver medallis
