✨WARM UPS✨
Why are they important?
So we’re about to throw ourselves around a big metal stick, sometimes violently. ✌🏻

A proper warm up will increase muscle elasticity, accelerate blood flow to your muscles and joints, and trigger nervous system engagement.

Allllllll the things that will help with injury prevention and increased range of motion! 🖤

No one wants to be out for months with an injury that could have been easily avoided if you had just rolled those shoulders vigorously 😁

💜 WE’RE CHANGING IT UP! 🖤
We always want to give you the best from your classes and instructors so we need to make some changes! Our gorgeous Kayla has finally qualified as a GP! YAY! ✨
Which means her schedule has changed and we obviously want to keep her!  So we’re switching it up and Chelle will teach Wednesday classes from the 27th May 💜 Meanwhile, Kay is taking some well earned holiday time and will be back to teach you all Inter-Advanced classes on Monday 22nd June! ✨ We cant wait to see you all for some new Monday and Wednesday fun!
