That was a good lesson to finish with. Thank you to everyone that has trained in the dojo.One thing left to do, that is to say thank you to covid. One more thing finish off by you. Thank you and good bye.

Thank you Josh I am sure this will get bigger. Good lesson before I had to leave. Only joking Josh. Lisa's dad is not too bad now, he has had his operation and hopefully he is on the mend. It would have been easier to find which hospital he was if he had told us.

We don't do this sort of training. Only the really dedicated people do.

Just seen a team kata on the internet from he Olympics. It has the application's after as part of the competition, this was worth watching.

Great lesson yesterday. It was based on the missing parts of the Olympics karate fighting. Holding and using your body to manipulate your opponent. Sorry but we did not do facial expressions while doing the kata.

Gi's to be worn because we will be bare footed.
