Gwent YFC would like to invite you to our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 30th September being held at Llanarth Village Hall, starting at 7.30pm prompt.

Who has made it to the final of the YFC Achiever Awards 2026?

We're so excited to announce our 40 amazing finalists – from the clubs delivering kindness in their rural communities to the stand out stars building careers in farming and promoting safer practices. Check out the link in our comments to see who's made it to the final!

Our judges have interviewed all our finalists to choose a winner and a runner up for each category, and we'll be announcing the results on 12 December 2026 at our awards ceremony! And you can be there too!

Last night, over 30 junior members from five of the six clubs across Gwent YFC came together for our Youth Forum Summer Social! ☀️
It was a fantastic evening filled with rounders, great company, and a BBQ. We hope everyone had an amazing time!

A huge thank you to Tom and Rhiannon for helping out on the night, and to Nerys for organising such a brilliant event. We’d also like to thank Usk Farmers Club for kindly allowing us to use the Showground Car Park field – a fantastic venue for bringing members together from across the county.

We’re always looking for new ideas, so if you have any suggestions for our next Youth Forum Social, we’d love to hear them!

Are you organised, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting young people and rural communities?

Gwent Young Farmers’ Clubs is looking for a County Organiser to play a key role in supporting our clubs, members and volunteers, while helping deliver an exciting programme of events and activities across the county.

📍 Minimum 25 hours per week (including some evenings and weekends)
💷 Salary: £22,750 per annum
📅 Closing Date: Monday 17th August 2026 at 9:00am
