We are delighted to announce that the regular yoga classes in Uttoxeter will be starting from September the 9th, at Uttoxeter school of dance (2 Trinity Rd ST14 7) every Thursday from 7-8 pm.
We going to practice classic Indian dynamic yoga, based on Ashtanga Vinyasa ( Mysore style). Even though it's a very strong practice, I adjusted the classes to suit all levels so that beginners can easily follow them.
We also practice pranayama ( breathing exercises) which I believe it's important to focus on your breath.
At the end of each session, we practice 10-15 minutes Shawasana, I believe in itβs healing power of relaxation.
Each session is 60 minutes long

I'm so happy and so excited to start yoga classes in real studio from September, 9 in Uttoxeter town centre every Thursday 7-8 pm.

I also love my online students who been with me through such a tough time, so...
As I say, you always have a choice how you like to practice ,π
Online yoga sessions runs on Zoom every Tuesday and Thursday 7 - 8 pm ( UK time)
