⛳️ UGC Senior Men’s Am-Am Team Open 2026 ⛳️
What a fantastic day at Uttoxeter Golf Club for our annual Senior Men’s Am-Am Team Open! ☀️
With 21 teams and 44 visiting players joining us, the course was in fantastic condition and the weather certainly played its part.

🥇 1st: J Shaw, S Hayes, I Wozniak & P Douglas - 87 pts
🥈 2nd: L Walker, L Rowley, R Lugg & P Ward - 84 pts
🥉 3rd: E Gregory, P Stazaker, R Murray & K Barry - 83 pts
🏆 Best Visiting Team: Puckrup Hall - 80 pts

12th - Ivor Aberley, Whiston Hall GC
18th - Lee Jeniec, Puckrup Hall
There were also 8 two’s across the 4th, 6th and 12th holes, plus raffle prizes and plenty of winners throughout the day! 👏
A huge thank you to Dawn and her team for the fantastic food, Sam and the Greenstaff for presenting the course beautifully, and Adam & Charlie in the Pro Shop for all their support.
And a special thank you to John Hind, Albert Robbins and Mike Ravenhall for keeping everything running smoothly on the day. The Open simply wouldn’t be the same without them!
Finally, a huge thank you to Kevin Barry, our Seniors’ Open Secretary, for all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to organise another hugely successful event. 👏👏
