Well done on thursdays session 👏🔥 that was some fun but tough circuit training 💪 nice we can still make the most of being outside while the nice weather and light evenings are here 🙏

We are soon coming to the end of this 4 week wave so was going to say if you and anyone you know anyone who would like to come along for a free taster class before we start the next 4 week wave, we have the following dates available (next week)

Our aim is encourage families to get more active together

Children are increasingly becoming more overweight and less active aswell as suffering mentally.

Exercise is the best medicine both physically and mentally and helps build strength confidence, boost self esteem , fitness knowledge, technique and even self defence with our boxercise based sessions.
