Come and join us for our New 'Juniors Welcome' June 4 week wave! ☀️

8 sessions (Mon/Thursday 7-8pm) attend as many as you can for maximum benefits. Our classes are unique yet extremely affordable, designed for all levels and abilities. Our sessions are designed for adults over 18's years however children over 10 years old can now come and train for FREE with their full paying parent/carer present and with written permission)

Our aim is encourage families to get more active together

Children are increasingly becoming more overweight and less active aswell as suffering mentally.

Exercise is the best medicine both physically and mentally and helps build strength confidence, boost self esteem , fitness knowledge, technique and even self defence with our boxercise based sessions.
