I believe everyone should have access to movement which is why I’m starting Chair-Based Pilates this June, every Thursday @11:30am emma_emfituk at Darrington golf club.
6 week course £60

This mindful class is designed to be gentle, supportive, and effective—perfect if you’re less mobile, returning after injury, or looking for a low-impact way to stay strong and mobile.
Using a chair for stability, we focus on improving posture, balance, flexibility, and core strength in a safe and accessible way.

One of the biggest issues as we age, especially if body weight creeps up, is something simple:
Getting out of a chair.
Or out of the car.
Or lowering yourself down with control.
It sounds basic. But it matters more than most people think.

I love a course!
This one is chair-based exercises for adults - so I’ll be timetabling an EMfit session -in a chair! Great for older adults who would like to feel the benefits of movement, stretching and strength. I’ll be mixing my knowledge of strength, Pilates and fun. Am very excited.
