Learn the fundamentals of aerial hoop in our weekly Saturday 4 week course!
For adults who are absolutely new to aerial hoop, start from the very beginning and nail the basics in our progressive course with a friendly bunch of beginners, knowledgeable (and fun!) instructor Katie who will guide you every step of the way.

Aerial fitness is for anyone, no matter what level of fitness or strength, age, size, gender, shape or flexibility. Everyone starts out as a beginner! The class is very welcoming, friendly and open to all.
All you need is a willingness to try something new and you will surprise yourself at how much you will achieve!

Course starts:
May 9th for 4 weeks
Saturdays 13:30-14:30
Discounted 4 classes for £35
Location: Dance House, Normanton
