Back loving life in our natural habitat tonight for the Thursday night crew at SHREDx

3 phases of play tonight all dictated by an awful lung/leg busting shuttle run. It was kcal and timed max effort on the erg work outside of the shuttle run 🚀🔥💦

We have had this session planned for over 2 weeks and we haven’t managed it because of rain. It didn’t disappoint 💀👀

Our Functional area😍 What started with a small Astro turfed area downstairs, with a wall mounted ski erg, 1 assault bike and a few dumbbells Has now transformed into a class based area for up to 30 people, housing are fast growing SHRED X advanced conditioning class We have upgraded our equipment ten fold, with a range of ergs, assault runners, kettlebells, power bags, plyo boxes & squat racks We are very proud of how far the gym has come and we are also very thankful to you the members, who make it possible See you all tomorrow 7pm for SHRED X Want to be added to our class group chat so you never miss details/updates on upcoming class and can connect with people from the class? Due to the recent success of our SHRED X classes, spaces are very limited We are nearing full capacity on our Monday class so if you’re interested in starting or you’re a regular class member then make sure you’re booked on at the earliest opportunity by either messaging us, voting on our polls or booking in after each class for the following one We tend to have more spaces left on Saturdays SHRED X at 9am but same again, this can vary and spaces do tend to go fast For more info please drop us a DM Classes are £6 PFY💙 #profitnessyorkshire
