A fun, easy dance fitness class for everybody, showcasing your favourite Strictly steps - you wont even realise you are exercising!
No matter your age, shape or mobility, there is a place for you.
Come on your own - we are a friendly bunch and no partners are needed, or grab a friend and shimmy on down together.
Classes restart tonight at 6pm and 7pm at Tingley Methodist Church. Message me on here or 07896 939206 for more info.

Lovely last class of the year on Monday! Thank you to all who came and thank you to every single FitStepper who has been to one of my classes in 2024. Hope to see you all again in the new year for more of the same fitness fun, with some new moves and routines thrown in there too!

With the first live show looming this Saturday, it's time for the FitSteps with Charlie Strictly Sweepstake!!
Its £2 per entry and as always the prize for the winning contestant is fab-u-lous! I will also be adding in some extra prizes along the way this time to keep it interesting!

It's a no pressure, no partner class - as long as you're having a good time, that's all that matters! It's so fun, you won't even realise you're doing exercise!

New month means time to add a new class to the FitSteps with Charlie timetable! Head down to Kay Academy of Dance on a Friday morning for some Strictly fitness fun!
