Step 3: Make Small Achievable Goals
This Is Important As A Lot Of People Will Fail Because They Will Quit As The Big Goal Seems So Far Away And The Progress Is Not Happening Quick Enough. Small Goals Are There To Tick Off To Keep You Focused And Motivated.
Step 4: Being Consistent
It's Not About Just Starting But It's About Having A Consistent Approach And This Can Be Hard For A Lot Of People But This Is Why Step 2 Is Important As If This Is Done Properly It Will Help You To Be Consistent. Yes There Will Be Times That Stop You From Being Consistent That Cannot Be Helped Such As Illness, Emergencies..etc But As A Whole Consistency Is Key And This Is What Will Bring The Best Results.
