First Deka Strong comp of the year. To be fair I’ve had a bit of a rest from Deka as I was putting myself under too much pressure. Went to which is great gym. Had a good time and pleased with 3rd overall. You have to enjoy it!!

What a nightmare😂
I ended up with Sciatica from the flight.
Finished Deka Mile by walking not running 10th place
I did Deka Strong in a time of 15.43, when my best time was 14.04. Finished 5th
It wasn’t meant to be this year. A bit gutted but I’m still alive!’
Looking forward to some time off over Christmas as I’m all Deka’d out😂😂

Another Comp this morning, practice for the World Championships in December at Fort Lauderdale. Done and dusted back home for 10.30. Thanks to everyone at 💪🏼💪🏼

Another comp (sorry I know it’s boring I’m just keeping a record of events😁)
2nd place, beaten by a lad in the 19 to 24 category so can’t complain 🥈

Another day, another comp😁
Entered Friday at 6pm as a practice to see where my fitness was.
It was a good day! 1st and a 1 second PB. I want the sub 14min!!
New HR max of 194bpm. (Probably a faulty reading though!!)

3 months to go before the Worlds invites go out. Top 15 go to the World championship in December at Fort Lauderdale in America. Travel to America to a sub 15 minute workout and a sub 23 min it workout…..is it worth it?? Hell yes😂
