Join us for a fun-filled 60-minute children’s yoga session at Yogazen Wellness!

Designed for little yogis aged 4–11 years, each class includes yoga-inspired movement, fun games, breathing exercises, mindfulness and relaxation in our warm, friendly boutique studio.

Children will build confidence, improve balance and coordination, develop focus and enjoy making new friends—all while having lots of fun!

✨ Every session includes:

* 🧘 Fun yoga poses and movement
* 🌈 Interactive yoga games
* 🌬️ Breathing and mindfulness activities
* 💛 Relaxation time
