You physique is a DIRECT representation of you and your habits
The way you look is a by product of what you do day to day.
On the left, I had no sleep routine, often napped, drank a lot of alcohol and the rest. I had no routine, no structure and no habits. I still trained, but that alone won’t drag you through
On the right, I nailed my sleep routine, nailed my habits and routine, gave up the booze, ate mostly nutrient dense foods.
See how it makes a change? See what your habits can do to. You? If you think the gym, and the gym only is going to save you, it isn’t

I did it 🚀
This physique is just a complete byproduct of what’s been going on over the last 12 weeks.
I shouldn’t even be here now. My time was done, I’m still miles away from where I want to be, trying to right some wrongs but I dug myself into a pretty big hole to get out of but I’m on my way.
Looking after your mindset, routine and habits will in turn look after your physique
