Under 11 Blacks Match Report

Last game of season away at Dalton Dynamo and probably worst pitch we’ve played on all season

Nostell started off on fire and was up early with Bobby dominating. 1st half Nostell were so good on a poor pitch, we should have been out of sight. Alex pulled a couple of great saves off and kept it nil at the break.

Second half Dalton got one back but Bobby completed his hattrick in style with a trivela in to top corner from a great team move. More chances missed and some more good goalkeeping from Alex, until a quick double from dalton made it a nervy end but Nostell held out for a great game and season from my boys and girls 😎⚫️🟡

What a week for Nostell Juniors!

Nostell U11 yellows have only gone and brought another trophy home winning the cup and have also had an impeccable league season! Well done to all involved!

Nostell Yellows U13’s Match Report

Hosted Gomersal & Cleckheaton Brasil in the Division 2 league fixture.

A tight and closely battled game, played with lots of commitment and both teams leaving everything on the pitch.
A fair and contested fixture today, both teams giving the opposition very little in terms of goal scoring opportunities.

Set pieces were key today and Nostell unlocked the score line 30 mins into the second half, another great delivery from Henry Antcliff, a great header from Thomas Ryan saw the keeper make a brilliant save, however Archie snapped up the loose ball to fire into the bottom left corner.

1-0 victory and a great win for Nostell Yellows U13’s.
