đź’¬| A MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN
As we round out the 25/26 season our chairman, Johnny Loring, had this to say.
"With the foundations laid out in our first season, this give us plenty to build on in season two. Its fair to say all the hardwork put in by everyone at the club acheived great things in the 25/26 season.
Great achievements and great memories, 4th place in the league, Jim Callaghan Cup finalists, 15 matches unbeaten run and 6 months of wins on a Saturday.
This is a great set of lads with a fantastic team spirit and the 26/27 season should be one to look forward to as we aim to progress further.
Up the Eagles"

👏| A BIG THANKYOU
As we round out our season with a few final posts today, we'd like to start by saying a big thankyou to our two sponsors for all their support over the 25/26 season.
Firstly our 25/26 principal home shirt sponsors, . They've been with us since the beginning and we were proud to have their name on the front of our home shirts once again in a big season for the club.
And secondly, our 25/26 match sponsors, Waste Recovery Solutions. Again, with us from the very beginning, we thank them for all their support to help the club keep aiming up.
We couldn't do it without them and we thank them both for sticking with us!

🏆 | PLAYERS’ PLAYER OF THE SEASON
Rounding out our 25/26 awards is the Players’ Player which this year goes to the centre back, Oliwer Gustab. An outstanding campaign and a big part of the squad he’s been a key player in defence and even had some fantastic moments going forward. Not many better out there than Gustab and we’re hoping he can have another great year next season.

🏆 | MANAGER’S PLAYER OF THE SEASON
The Manager has given his award this season to the full back, Tye Clegg. It’s been a season of consistency, having started every game he’s played in, keeping his position each time and delivering 2 goals and 8 assists whilst doing so. A great campaign and hopefully an even better one next year!

🏆 | CHAIRMAN’S AWARD
This year the chairman has given his award to Joshua Walker. A new joiner this year, he’s got a boat load of goals at one end of the pitch and stepped in to fill in between the sticks in several games too. A great attitude and a well deserved award.

🏆 | SPIRIT OF EAST ARDSLEY FC
The clubman, or Spirit of East Ardsley FC, award goes to the co-skipper Dominic Hinchliffe. He gives his all on the pitch week in week out and leads the lads out, with a lot of passion for the club - a deserved award!

🏆 | DICK OF THE YEAR
After a close fought contest, Cameron Ward takes the Dick of the Year this year. Having only threatened to walk off once he has improved since last year but the closing minute of the Kinsley home fixture wins him the award for what wasn’t his finest hour.

🏆 | SPECIAL RECOGNITION
Our special recognition award is given for those who have made a big contribution to the club but may not have got the recognition for it yet.
First up is Alfie Taffinder - one of the founding members who has stepped in when the manager has been away to coach the side, giving big contributions on and off the pitch!
Joining him is the veteran Garry Curtis whose commitment to the club has been top notch since he joined and even stepped in to run the side whilst the managers were away at the end of the year.
Finally, Linda Loring, the club treasurer, food provider, kit washer and much more - often goes unseen but makes sure the club runs smoothly behind the scenes and is fully appreciated by us all at the club.
Big credit to all of them!

🏆 | BEST NEWCOMER
The 25/26 best newcomer award goes to the bald Eagle, Glen Kelly. After joining the club midway through the season, Glen has gone on to rack up 14 goals in 18 games with some big moments such as the goal that sent us to the Jim Callaghan Cup Final.
More of the same next year Glen!
