A huge thank you to Police Federation of England and Wales for today’s collaborative webinar, Thriving Beyond Policing.

Our Deputy CEO, Steve Wilcock, was joined by Hayley Aley, Equality Lead at the Police Federation of England and Wales, for an open and honest discussion around the realities many officers experience when leaving policing.

The session explored some of the common challenges that can come with transition, including adjusting to a change of pace, looking after your mental health, handling finances and the importance of staying connected after service. It was a valuable opportunity to reflect on the shared experiences many within the policing family face when moving into the next chapter of life.
