Wednesday saw our first girls session, despite the wind & rain we had a really good session with 4 girls enjoying the training.
The sessions resume next Wednesday at 6.30 come down and join in the Rugby revolution at Stanley Rodillians.

Wednesday see's our first girls taster session from 6.30 at Stanley Rodillians RUFC.
ALL girls are welcome and it's free to try.
Our sessions are fun and great for fitness and the 1st step into making friends for life.
Stanley Rodillians are a family friendly club with great facilities.
We also offer rugby for junior's and senior men training Tuesday evenings from 6.30 for Juniors & 7pm for Seniors.

Meet Charlie,
Charlie never misses a session playing her heart out. She has played and bossed the boys about for a number of seasons. Following on from her dad Andy one of the most successful captains at the club.
That's the true meaning of a RUGBY FAMILY.
With this in mind we at Stanley Rodillians RUFC are announcing we are starting a girls section with a first taster session on Wednesday the 2nd of August.

Great evening of touch rugby, numbers are building weekly we've had players, ex players Rugby league lads, girlfriends, dad's and lads and coaches. Come give us a try all welcome.
The bar is open afterwards for rehydration purposes, Tuesdays 7pm.

Rugby returned to a sunny but soggy rods today for our junior section as we hosted close friends leeds corinthians.
The game was played in great spirit by the kids and turned into a very competitive but fun game. All players showing some great skill this week and was commented on by corinthians as to how much the kids have progressed since their last visit.
Some great tackling and rucking by Luke saw him take rods player of the match as well as corinthians opposition player of the match.
Charlotte took away 100% effort from the game for attitude towards playing and keeping the team working together.
A massive thank you goes out to corinthians again for loaning us some players and giving our juniors game time, we look forward to playing with and against you again in the near future.
