📣We have an exciting New Year Competition for our first Speed & Performance Masterclass of year📣
📅 Friday 5th January we begin our journey at West Riding FA, LS26 8NX with 2 Performance Clinics
U8 - U10 12.45 - 14.15
U11 - U15 14.30 - 16.00
We have only 12 spaces available per session.

Acceleration is one of the most fundamental parts of football!
When you master the art of acceleration it will allow you to get to the ball first, improve recovery runs and gives you that yard of pace over your opponents.
Working in our performance centre you will learn the art of acceleration.
Did you know;
That throughout the season you can lose up to 20% of acceleration speed. Therefore, by working on this regularly you reduce this from happening.
