Since moving to the new gym I have become more aware of the fact that I have followers on here that want my help, but either can't afford the full package I offer at my base gym or simply are not members of Total Fitness.

As such I have decided to delve into online coaching once again, this time with more knowledge and a better ability to help everyone without having that face to face experience which I previously insisted was important for me to have.

I have been working with online clients since the start of 2022 and together we have made some amazing achievements: Body transformations, Nutritional coaching and even technique support.
I want to now open up the doors to my business to a wider audience with my three tiered packages.

Another day hitting the bags. This has been the most exciting thing I've added to my training.

Most likely because I was completely out of my comfort zone, but with each day / session I'm feeling more and more comfortable throwing punches.

As a result you might notice that I'm actually hitting the same spot multiple times today.
For whatever reason up until today I was closing my right eye everytime I threw a punch, and the southpaw style i was told to stand in has helped big time.

Again thank you to everyone who has spotted things and sent a message, I'm always taking on advice and help.
Feel free to give tips on anything you spot here.

Today's workout was a delt session and holy hell did it feel good.

I look and feel so horribly awkward hitting things.

I'm pretty sure my warm up today messed my wrist up for the weights but oh well.

Another session just feeling out the new gym today.
Getting familiar with the equipment ready to train others and I'm loving it.
