Transformation Tuesday
Awesome effort here from Chris losing over 2 stone and dropping 12cm off his waist and hips whilst building lean muscleš¤©
At the start Chris came to me with a few goals in mind. Heād recently injured his rotator cuff and wanted help in strengthening and mobilising around the area, he also wanted to become fitter/healthier/ and stronger.
The effort from him has always been 100% and weāve had a laugh along the way. Anything Iāve thrown at him heās got his head down and cracked on with it.
Hereās a photo of Chris when he had bad habits of eating /drinking and lack of exercise. Then another photo of him looking like a different person. He feels energised/ fitter/ stronger and healthier.
If youāre in two minds whether PT is for you, itās not always about a beasting or glamorous before and after photo.
For me Itās about getting the most out of your training and working efficiently with the time that you do have.
Thatās where we come in as personal trainers, we help give you the tools/ education and we help build your confidence so that youāre able to keep going and stay motivated throughout the goals youāve set šŖš»

Class work from Ian š¤©been a pleasure training you pal. We start to grow from here šŖš»Ian came to me at the start of the year wanting to drop body fat and focus on building muscle. Itās fair to say heās knocked it out of the park. Now the goal is to get strong and build more muscle over winter. This means increasing calories, which he will be very happy š
Ryan is a great PT, very friendly and knowledgeable with both the physical and nutritional sides of personal training. He mixes up each session and keeps it varied so that the workouts remaining interesting and progressive. He was able to give me advice on what I needed/didnāt need to be eating in order to reach my goals and checks in regularly to see how my week have been in terms of workouts and calorie targets. With Ryanās help I quickly saw changes in my body and strength which I have struggled with in the past using other PTās.
