Hi guys! It’s been a while!

I have had many people approach me asking if I do mobile PT sessions.

It is something that I have done in the past for the odd client here and there, but moving forward in the New Year I am looking to do Mobile PT sessions on a permanent basis.

This would include a free initial consultation by phone/video call and then the fitness sessions will either take place at your property, or an outdoor location close to your postcode.

Loosely at the moment, the catchment areas I am looking to work in will be Barnsley, Wakefield and Leeds.

Fully qualified, Insured and DBS Certified.

Just floating the idea around at the moment to see if there is any interest out there.

Perfect opportunity to hit the ground running in January after an indulgent holiday season!

A fantastic session with my client this morning who is getting ready to take on the GNR this Sunday!

Taking this into consideration, I didn’t want to push my client too hard to the point DOMS kick in for race day, so some Fartlek and Tapering type training with quick fire cardio blasts for good measure and quick recovery.

Great effort and wishing everyone who is taking on the Great North Run this Sunday the very best of luck! πŸ’šπŸ’š

❌ NEVER give up!!

This morning was a struggle to say the least.

Especially after having a week away from the world and a busy working day yesterday, it was a struggle to get going for my 7am session.

Forever inspired by my fantastic clients sheer grit and determination, I decided to head straight out of a run after our session.

Within the space of 3 hours I have gone from feeling sluggish and groggy to on top of the world!

Exercise induced endorphins RULE! πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Even the smallest of words can mean a lot!

I love receiving feedback like this for my Fitness plans!

Emma wanted a Fitness plan pulling together that would help to strengthen her core. Other than sit ups, she had very little knowledge of how to work the Abdominals and surrounding areas and felt like her training had become stagnant.

I pulled a plan together to help educate Emma on different exercises and variations, the meaning of core and how to get the best out of her training.

Like with anything, you only get positive results out of the effort you put in and Emma is certainly going to see the results!
