What if I told you that you can love your body exactly as it is right now?
And what if I told you⦠that in order to make lasting changes, this is actually where it starts?
You donāt change your body because you hate it.
You change it because you respect it.
Because you want to look after yourself, feel strong, confident and full of energy.
Thereās nothing wrong with wanting to improve.
But the reason behind it matters. Do it for you, not anyone else.
And I promise you⦠there are so many beautiful things about you already.
You just need to start noticing them instead of focusing on what you think is āwrongā.
I know itās not that simple.
It took me years of working on myself, changing my mindset and learning to be at peace with who I am.
But I truly believe that your body is just the package.
You are so much more than how you look.
Your family and friends love you because of who you are.
Your energy.
Your heart.
Your presence.
So next time you catch yourself criticising your body, pause for a secondā¦

It might feel strange at first- but stick with it.
Another thing that helped me massively was simple daily affirmations.
Things like:

Say them slowly, picture yourself in that moment and really try to feel them.

If youāre healthy and able to move your body, thatās something to be incredibly grateful for already!

This woman is so inspiring š
Iāve honestly never seen anyone so consistent and determined.
When we started, sheād never stepped foot in the gym⦠and now sheās a proper gym girl š¤©
She moves her body even on rest days, wakes up wanting to go for a walk
and genuinely enjoysĀ training.
Since we started working together, sheās lost over 20kg, got so much stronger and completely changed her lifestyle.
But itās not just about how she looks⦠sheās a beautiful person inside and out.
The kind of energy you just love being around.
Seeing her progress honestly inspires me too.

Lifeās been busy, man!
I took a big step back from social media because I realised it was adding to my anxiety and the constant comparison wasnāt helping either.
So I chose to focus on what actually matters- my clients, my family and enjoying life a bit more.
But I also know social media canĀ be a great tool when itās used the right way.
So Iām back!
Itās time to share things that help you: simple training, realistic nutrition, ways to feel stronger and more confident.
And, as always, no pressure, no perfection- just 1% better at a time.

October recap š
Iād never thought Iād say this⦠but I actually enjoy autumn! š
Trainingās been a bit hit and miss but business wise itās been a great month.
Iāve been much more consistent on social media and spent some amazing time with my sister and nephews- first time in a year! ā£ļø
Trainingās all planned out for November, big things coming⦠so yeah, lifeās pretty good right now š

You know when itās just too easy to grab a biscuit or bit of chocolate⦠and then another?
Instead, have one proper snack that actually fills you up, tastes great and gives you some protein, good fats and vitamins.
This is my go to when I fancy something sweet but still want to feel satisfied before dinner.
