🔥 Real Talk About Belly Fat 🔥
Everyone wants to lose it from their stomach first…
but the body doesn’t work like that.
You don’t get to pick where fat comes off your body does.
And for most women (especially 30+), the belly is usually the LAST place it goes.
You’ll notice it coming off your face, arms, legs, even your chest first…
then finally the stomach starts to shift once your overall body fat drops enough.
So if you’re training, eating well, and staying consistent but still have that lower belly “stubborn patch”…
👉 you’re not doing anything wrong.
You’re just not done yet.
Keep going. It’s coming. 💪

Whenever you restrict calories you will experience some hunger
learn to just ignore it,you’re not starving yourself you’re just restricting calories
Eat more unprocessed foods they are generally lower in calories so will fill you up make it easier to lose weight.

If you want results you have to put in the work
you may go to the gym you may do extra steps which is fantastic but then destroy your effort with poor nutrition
Nutrition is the hardest part but don’t ignore it especially on weekends.

Time to step it up with you workouts and nutrition
there is plenty of people who work out that are just not getting the nutrition side right to align with their goals. Don’t just keep doing the same thing expecting something to change. There’s 139 days left till January 1st I’m that’s plenty of time to get on track and make a massive change.
