The common thread binding our clients is the commitment to change. More than that it is the commitment to the hard work & pain that must come with real change. TE Athlete is our 12-week group personal training programme targeting beginners or non-regular gym go-ers who want to test their strength, fitness and endurance, along side achieving their dream body.
This program ONLY runs two times a year.
Next Start Date: 17th April 2023
Over the 12 week's you can expect to:
β Shed up to 15kg in body fat
β Add 10% to your main compound strength lift
β Run/ bike/ row your fastest time
β Get your first unassisted pull up or push up
This program includes two free educational workshops, team hikes and BIG Prizes!

WEEK 1:
