Gaining muscle is just as hard as losing fat. The main focus is to be consistent and give 100% every time. Try mixing your routine. Make it fun and interesting. Focus on getting fitter and healthier.

Despite a 12 year old back injury and a 3 year old operated shoulder, It hasn't stopped me from at least looking fit and healthy 😂. When you are determined not to have excuses and let go and be overweight, my mental state pays off regardless of the pain of old injuries and set backs. And also not having the time being a dad! No gym! No 3 days a week weight exercise as my arm could fatigue! So how do I do it!

Sometimes we have little set backs. I was under 15stone and now 15stone 6! a ten pound increase since December.
