Despite a 12 year old back injury and a 3 year old operated shoulder, It hasn't stopped me from at least looking fit and healthy 😂. When you are determined not to have excuses and let go and be overweight, my mental state pays off regardless of the pain of old injuries and set backs. And also not having the time being a dad! No gym! No 3 days a week weight exercise as my arm could fatigue! So how do I do it!

April 2022 from June 2021 keep staying fit!
Sometimes we have little set backs. I was under 15stone and now 15stone 6! a ten pound increase since December.

One thing I loved back 5years ago was training my bro 🔥🔥🔥💪 who's your training partner? Do you need one to keep motivated? How do you motivate your mind?
I'm looking to do a PT course this year what do you think?
( But unlike most PT's I'll be a qualified nutritionist too. 80% of your training is nutrition 20% is exercise. )

Who is ready for Christmas Dinner!! If you train and eat well you don't have to worry when it comes to enjoying your food without feeling guilty! Let me shock you with that I haven't been to a gym in 5 years and it's only taken me a year of transforming my body.
