Rebels B had a competitive first two sets against Knutsford last night, with some particularly notable strong blocking! Despite this, the third set ran away from us following some strong Knutsford serves which we struggled to receive. Unlucky team 👊🏼

A very close game and enjoyable was played against Chester Trojans with lots of positives to take away. After losing the first two sets, we dug deep to bring it back to 2-2 but sadly couldn’t clench the win! Well played everyone, a solid game to continue to build upon🏐

When we played Liverpool away, it was our closest match to date with only 6 players, so we had high hopes for this game now that we had most of our squad back available! Sadly, the game didn’t quite go how we hoped despite some positive passages of play.

Rebels A MVP: Mary 👏🏼

After their crushing defeat against Warrington Wolves a few weeks prior, Rebels A hoped to come back strong and take the win, however hoping wasn’t enough! Despite a solid fight and a consistent performance in the first set, and battling through long rallies throughout, unfortunately the team didn’t gel like they usually do and made too many unforced errors. Deffinitely one to be forgotten!!
