New Weekly Kundalini Yoga Class starting Friday 11th January with Rachel Hislop at Studio Fields in Wallingford. Friday mornings - 9.30-10.45am - £10. Breath, yoga postures, hand and arm movements, sound, mantra, meditation and relaxation. A combination of physical, mental and spiritual aspects of yoga all in one system.
