🌿 New Monday evening with Abi from June!

We’re so happy to share that a beautiful new class with Abi is joining the timetable on Mondays at 6:15pm, starting June 1st.

A practice to land on your mat and adventure within.

This slow, grounding and nourishing flow is designed to help you feel deeply anchored and connected to your body — a true antidote to the pace and noise of modern life.

Together, you’ll move gently through poses and sequences, with space to explore what feels right for your body on that day. Props will be available to support you, with options offered throughout the practice.
The focus is not on form, but on feeling.
Not on pushing, but on listening.

Each class will close with a restorative finish, accompanied by a gentle poem or meditation — a space to soften, to ground, and to return to yourself.
A practice to explore your own internal wilderness.

The class begins on Monday 1st June.
You can pay as you go or use your existing class pass.
We can’t wait to welcome you.

Active hands and feet… this changed everything for me. 🔥🌿

One of the principles of Forrest Yoga is active hands and feet.

When this was first shared with me, it truly transformed me.

I understood the instruction… but when I started to _live it_ in my body, everything shifted.

Spreading my fingers.
Gripping the mat.
Waking up my feet.

I felt my body come online in a completely different way.
Areas that were quiet began to speak.
My shoulders felt supported.
My core responded naturally.
My breath dropped deeper.

I wasn’t just moving through poses anymore…
I was _inside_ them.

And somehow, this simple practice began to mirror my life off the mat.

I saw where I was passive.
Where I was collapsing, waiting, holding back.

Active hands and feet taught me how to _engage with life_.
To root.
To respond.
To meet each moment with presence.

Less about “doing yoga”…
More about how I choose to show up.

More awake.
More connected.
More in relationship with life itself.

Such a simple principle…
but for me, it opened a doorway.
