Here we go again. As always, my inbox is open for any health, fitness, exercise related questions or queries or even just for a good ol’ chit chat!
We’ve done it before, we’ll do it again. Lockdown 2.0, let’s be having ya!
Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock (where’s the rock, we’d like to come and join you) you’ll know we will be closing for 4 weeks from Wednesday at 9pm. You know the drill now and here’s a summary of what will be happening:
We are putting together the Barn at Home class timetable, full details will follow very soon.
Daily home workout ideas for members.
Monthly rolling memberships will get December free.
Annual memberships will have the days added on.
We have been blown away by the feedback and support we have received from our amazing members since we reopened.
We’ll get lockdown fitness ready for you as soon as possible and it will all be FREE.
We will email all members as soon as we have finalised details.
WE know how IMPORTANT your health and fitness is and we will do everything we can to help keep you motivated and engaged as best we can.

Rain, rain, go away 🌧
It was a soggy first session back for Lindsay this afternoon after a couple of weeks on holiday but she got it done, and with a smile!
Standard press ups were getting too easy so we threw a slam ball into the mix for added difficulty - recruiting different muscle fibres to maintain stability and increasing the use of those all important core muscles. Safe to say she wasn’t my biggest fan after these...still smiling though! 😆

Heading into September I have made a few changes to my working week which means that I now have increased personal training slots available...
Providing a wide range of training methods and styles, I can offer morning, afternoon & evening slots throughout the week supplying a workout card after every session, nutritional guidance alongside training and regular communication outside of 1-1 sessions.

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 🌟
Zoe finished her block of sessions today that she started with me back in June when the gym was shut. She’s turned up every week consecutively for 11 weeks, always motivated, ready to smash whatever I throw at her and has given it 100% every session.
She’s now lifting weights she’d never have thought to pick up before and has noticed changes in her body shape as a result of the increased strength training in our sessions, gym classes and regular 10K runs.
Thank you Zoe for being a pleasure to train and for doing every devils press I programme for you 🙊
