Goodbye from me for now at Boxercise, i'm closing this page down as I am no longer teaching on a regular basis - thanks to all that have attended over the past 7 years it's been a blast !!! 😀

Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit, e.g skipping, hitting pads, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit ups. Boxercise classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards who love a challenging workout and are prepared to work hard!

Last class tomorrow before my hols so think we'll have an Easter themed class....no chocolate I'm afraid tho....just hard work 🐰🐣 !!
Half term is over back to Boxercise everyone.....We gotta get moving ...only 5 weeks until Easter Hols!
