Introducing one of our amazing instructors Aggi.
She is a dedicated fitness professional with over 20 years’ experience, rooted in a background in dance. My approach is psychosomatic at heart. I help you feel safe, connected, and confident in your body, guiding you to know exactly when to push forward or step back in your journey.
My toolkit is broad: yoga, meditation, somatic release, functional fitness, and now Reformer Pilates, a practice I’ve loved for years and fully believe in. I am constantly learning and refining my craft through training, focused on the most informed guidance.
When I’m not teaching, I live what I love: training daily, with a sprinkle of challenges like ultra runs and fitness competitions ideally for local charities, and simply enjoying movement and time outdoors. For me, teaching is about more than exercise, it’s about helping you feel strong, capable, and at home in your body.
My Reformer sessions are energising, precise, and built around all the core Pilates principles - breath, control, alignment, flow, and precision. Delivered in a warm, inclusive space where every level is welcome. Expect real results, serious strength, and always, kindness at the centre.

Introducing our amazing Mat Pilates instructor Brooklyn!
Brooklyn has been teaching Mat Pilates since the start of January, but it’s not her first time in a studio. Having trained professionally in contemporary dance at London Studio Centre, the studio has always been a home away from home. During her training, she discovered Pilates as a powerful tool for improving movement quality and preventing injury.
After rehabilitating a long-term shoulder injury through Pilates and physiotherapy, Brooklyn developed a deeper appreciation for mindful movement and its benefits. Today, she is passionate about helping clients move with greater ease, build resilience, and reconnect with their bodies through supportive, considered coaching.
Having achieved a Level 3 qualification in Mat Pilates through London Pilates Academy, Brooklyn’s classes are always challenging, with a strong focus on alignment and hands-on corrections to help clients better understand their movement and form. You can expect an energetic, refreshing, and kind atmosphere.
Outside of the studio, Brooklyn has been improving her language skills and is currently learning Italian, hoping to one day become fluent.
