It’s been a while. Last nights tea looked Instagram worthy. Katsu chicken with lamb lettuce, ribbon carrot, tenderstem broccoli, steamed rice and pink pickled onion. 👩🏻🍳🤤
Quick session but still has an impact. Don’t forget to warm up and cool down 😎
Meal Prep for the next couple of days. Nothing fancy, no calorie counting here or weighing.

Early session this morning and the first one of the year 🤪
Enjoying crossfit style sessions lately as it allows me to lift heavy and work more than one muscle group in a short space of time and keep the intensity high.
Threw some cardio in to today’s workout because I love it 👀 (I prefer to lift).
Remember to always do a warm up and a cool down, before and after your session to prepare your body for your workout and then return it back to it’s normal (homeostatic) state.

First workout after holiday. Sticking to a plan now to see true progression.

Combining strength and endurance along with supersets to get a maximum workout in today.
Advantages of supersets:
-Works the muscles from different angles enabling.
-Aids anaerobic and aerobic fitness due to lack of rest between exercises
-Saves time when training
-Aids muscular overload
-Increases the intensity of the session
-Aids muscle growth and muscular strength
-Helps combat training plateaus
-Adds variety to your workout
-Helps burn more fat because of an increase in metabolism
