I see this so much
Thinking methods of tracking are helping
Thinking comparison helps
But if its leaving you feel defeated
Leaving you feeling shamed into change
Its only a matter of time before you go "off track" (no such thing but thats for another day)
That grouped with a method that isn't even accurate is hard to see
I mean no wonder gyms love these machines, it makes you feel shamed so you dont cancel your memberships under the guise of "value"
If you truly want to feel fulfilled, motivated and increase your self worth
Then the methods you use to track will be important! Not methods that are being pushed on you!

If your process doesn't excite you it becomes like a chore
Something that you have to do because your told to
Similar to that job you hate where instead of them making it fulfilling and meaningful
Your shown "it's what you get paid for so do it"
When Infact you would do a better job if it was aligned with your values and made you excited to get it done
The same happens with your fitness and health journey
I'm a firm believer if something doesn't make you happy, and fulfilled then you should look at what will and does

There are great male role models out there if yiur willing to search!
Paul morts podcasts helped me get out of homelessness just his free podcasts!
He doesn't speak crap about women like Andrew tate,
he just tells you what you need to know to become who you WANT to be
as do alot of female coaches if yiu search for the lessons YOU need
It's not always easy, especially when you know what to do
That's why you got to figure out the purpose of WHY you want to be WHO you want to be that person
But we keep looking up to these "high value, highly influencal people" and aiming to be like them
Although you only want to be partly like them, I always tell people who start with me, don't aim to be like me
aim to be who you want to be and I will guide you!
If I can't I will have someone straight in mind to pass you onto

The reason I believe these are 3 big “must knows” about fat loss
is because knowing these will help you to not be led to believe certain things from fitness marketing that just sees you as a money bag
Instead you will be able to see through these 3 common misconceptions with regards to fat loss
