If you’re coming along to one of our gym classes, why not bring a non-perishable food item to donate? Every tin, packet, or box can help support individuals and families who need it most.

Some great items to donate include: 🥫 Tinned food 🍝 Pasta & rice 🥣 Cereal 🥫 Beans & soups ☕ Tea & coffee 🧴 Toiletries

Simply bring your donation with you to class and place it in our collection point.

Together, we can build a stronger, healthier community - both inside and outside the gym. 💙
