It’s been a good start to the season for both Rushall sides

The 1st XI are sitting in 2nd place, having only being defeated once.

Shabbir Ahmed (13 wickets), Joe Merrick (8 wickets) and Sajjad Khan (8 wickets) have been doing the job with the ball.

Whilst Deep Hanjra (283 runs), Sajjad Khan (236), Louis Portsmouth (215) and Dan Dunn (204) have been scoring the runs.

The 2nd XI sit top of their league, having also only lost one game.

Del King (13 wickets) and James Wintrip (6 wickets) have been taking the wickets.

Del King (242 runs), Jack Stenson (203) and Sakib Nazmus (127) have been in form with the bat.

Hopefully both teams can continue their form for the rest of the season

The first team travel to Wednesbury, whilst the second teams scheduled game against Springhill has been conceded by the opposition, so Beacon CC have stepped in for a friendly fixture
