Your Rushall Strikers players of the month are Harrison and Arjun.

With 4 goals in the month and good strong centre forward displays Arjun deserves this award for the 2nd month running . Being a real handful for defenders with his pressing and running ability is a massive plus for the team.

Harrison continues his good season in February with goals and assists from that right hand side . Willing to track back and get into good attacking areas has meant that he was a constant menace to the opposition in the month
Well done both lads

Your Rushall Olympic Elite players of the month are Billy and Ethan.

Billy has had a superb month and has impressed the coaches with his fitness, work rate off the ball and creativity. He has had 2 man of the match performances and 3 goals showing moments of brilliance at times. Often played in a deeper role these days, Billy links play so well and has adapted well to this more creative style we are asking of him. He has also trained superbly and this has been reflected by his on field performances.

Ethan like Billy is one of the existing Coppice lads and has really stepped up since Xmas both in training and in games. He has been passing the ball well and has breaking the play up. He looks fitter, stronger and happier, and we all know when he is on his A game Ethan is one of the most talented players about at this age group. Been really pleased with his team play and positive attitude and excited to see him finish the season strongly for Elite.

Lads who have been with us a while now, and its doubly pleasing for PT and myself to see them doing so well and still eager to improve.Well done both boys

Your Rushall FDC MJPL players of the month are Frankie and Emarn.

Player of the month

With only one game to choose from but lots of training sessions to judge by the player of month awards go to........

Emarn.
This boy has always been a class-act but his approach to training the last few weeks is something special to watch.
Won MOTM in our win the weekend for a dominant performance in midfield and showed skill, battle and grit both going forward and backward. Big part of the attack but also a big part of the clean sheet. Could be the new boots 😅💪

Frankie.
His attitude towards sessions is second to none and has been putting a lot of effort in off the field also to benefit himself and the team.
Played as left back for the team the weekend and showed excellent reading of the game. Some tough tackles put in which halted attacks and his distribution was brilliant aswell as the odd bit of trickery on show aswell.

Well done boys

Your Rushall Olympic MJPL players of the month are Arjun and Noah.

Arjun only joined the squad recently but the impact he has made has been nothing short of brilliant. He leads the line so well, gives defenders no time on the ball and works so hard in and out of possession. In recent games his team work has been rewarded with the goals he deserves, some fantastic finishing too. Marco and I have been really pleased with his attitude and willingness to learn, he has a bright future ahead. Well done Arjun.

Noah is one of the unsung heroes of this team, he is always available, always reliable and whether he is in Central defence or at full back is always very very dependable..his distribution from the back is key to the way we play, and here is another shining example of a young man who is listening to his coaches and implementing what we are asking him to do. Against RR he showed real resilience despite taking an early knock, he fought for his team and this showed true character and leadership. Well done Noah.

*Another Success Story*

The Rushall Production line continues to produce Academy options with U14 leading scorer Jensen snapped up on trial by Port Vale, a team who have taken a liking to our forwards in recent times.

Jensen is a young man who came across pre season and I think it's fair to say, had lost his love of the game a little following a previous academy experience that didnt go the way he deserved. However he has knuckled down, worked really hard and it's no surprise to us that he has been picked up following so many positive displays.

Yet again this shows any young player the importance of resilience and being part of a positive environment, which we offer here at Rushall. We have supported Jens and helped him regain belief and after that talent speaks for itself.

We are going to miss Jens and family but of course will follow his progress closely, and he certainly hasn't wasted any time by scoring on his Academy debut.

**ANOTHER SUCCESS STORY**

Yes another Rushall youth player that has made the next step to academy football. Harrison joined us at the start of this season and has showed real development in the colours of Rushall Olympic.

He has now officially signed for Port Vale, it's a great achievement for Harrison and his family. We are so grateful to have been a part of his footballing journey and of course we will follow his progress closely.

As much as coaching is important, what we do at Rushall is to create the environment to allow players to progress. Being around high level players will only keep you maintaining the best standards and consistency. There are so many talented young footballers out there, but having the right belief and mentality is key and this is something we try to instil in all our players.

Good luck Harrison, you very much deserve this opportunity,we will miss you guys ⚽️💪

Your Rushall Olympic FDC players of the month are Harrison and Marley.
Sometimes it's lonely being a goalkeeper and you have long periods of the game where you aren't as involved as you like. But Harrison is getting more and more confident by the week and is always concentrating on what's in hand.
Mr reliable for FDC and pretty sure he has springs in his boots sometimes with the saves he makes.
Absolutely been a huge part to our 3 out of 4 wins over the winter period and even captained one of those wins.

Marley signed 4 games ago and netted 3 times already.
This boy has really hit the ground running and gelled well with the team, there's times where he looks like he's never not been a part of it.
He has added an excellent attitude and work rate to the lads and certainly helped in the rejuvenated feel-good factor that's creeped into the team again
