Boxercise Saturdays are back tomorrow 10 am as usual same place tell your friends !

Even though I'm on a weekend get away in wales for the weekend I still managed to find a gym and put a few sessions in 💪🏻 huge thank you to caernarfon abc for letting me use the gym

My next fight will be held at villa park on the 10th of June ! Ticket prices vary £35 standard, £50 balcony VIP with a hot buffet and a over look of the ring, or £60 table tickets with a 2 course meal and waiter service all night.
