REFORMER PILATES CLASSES 🎉

Finally our reformer classes are online to book 🎉

Classes start on Tuesday 6th January and will be running weekly on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Thursday morning. (More classes to be added soon) 🙂

We have two types of class for you to begin with (more coming soon) Shape or regenerate. Both classes will provide a full body workout through mindful movement safely delivered by our wonderful instructor Sam 🙂
Shape is a higher intensity class for those that feel ready for a challenge on the reformer or Regenerate will provide a lower intensity with a focus on stretch and alignment

Both class descriptions can be seen in full on the time table.

PLEASE NOTE: for your safety and comfort, grip socks are required for all reformer Pilates classes.

🎄BODY IMAGE CHRISTMAS CLASS ALERT 🎄

TUESDAY 23rd DECEMBER @ 7.30pm
POLE AND CHAIR FUSION
Come and join the Christmas fun 🎄
In this class we will be learning a routine combining the pole and a chair. We will be focused on flow and the fusion of the two apparatus to create a short routine with a Christmas theme 🙂
Christmas outfits are optional and the class is suitable for beginner plus and above.
£13 per person

BODY IMAGE CLASS CHANGES

Ellie’s hoop classes are available to book for this Friday evening as a replacement for tonight 🙂 there are also private sessions available for Friday and Saturday available to book online 🙂
Thursdays classes are on as normal
