Sitting comfortably, curl your tongue into a funnel (if unable to do this , then bring the teeth towards each other barely touching).Breathe in through your Mouth then close your Mouth and Breathe out through your Nose. Repeat for a few more Breaths then return to your normal Breathing and feel how refreshed you now feel!!!

This pay-as-you go class is held at United Reformed Church, The Broadway, Walsall. Thursday 3pm-4pm

I have many old and some new faces at my current classes, but this is where you will find all up to date details on all my classes.
Feel free to post any pictures or comments regarding classes you have attended :)
