What international women’s day means to me 🙌

As a coach who has spent over nine years empowering women, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing something extraordinary every single day, the true strength of women 💁🏽‍♀️

‘International Women’s Day’ is a reminder to recognise just how powerful women really are 💪 Strength doesn’t look the same for everyone, and that’s what makes it so remarkable. It’s the woman who juggles the struggles of life while still showing up fully for her children. It’s the woman who thrives and leads in male-dominated industries. And it’s the woman who walks into the gym, grips the bar, and lifts twice her body weight 🏋🏽‍♀️

For far too long, women were told there were limits on what they could do, weights they shouldn’t lift, spaces they shouldn’t occupy, dreams that were “too much” or “too manly.” Those limits are being shattered every day 🙅🏽‍♀️

Women are amazing in countless ways. Our strength, compassion, determination, and resilience shape families, communities, and the world itself. I am endlessly grateful for the many inspirational women in my life, and for the privilege of standing beside women as they discover just how powerful they truly are 🙋🏽‍♀️

I’ve been pt’ing for 9+ years now, helped 100’s of women transform their bodies and shape their lives🙌 Fitness has been a part of my life since I was young and honestly sometimes I don’t know what I would do without it 😅

Slots are very limited at the moment, but if you need help with your fitness goals or simply just getting started I’m always happy to help. If I can’t get you in for sessions, there are alternatives to go online 💻 or buddy up sessions 🙋🏽‍♀️

Happy Sunday! 🌟

Are you not seeing the results at the moment?
Here’s a few tips which you may find useful;

• Majority of meals should be high protein, good sources of carbs (high fibre - sweet potatoes, whole grains etc), and don’t skip on your greens 🥬


• Don’t skip meals - 3 meals a day with some healthy snacks to keep your metabolism ⬆️ and satiated using the above guidance 🥘

• Your diet is key, but to get the most out of your progress, following a training programme, getting enough steps throughout the day and making sure you are getting enough sleep is gonna make you into that absolute warrior 💪
