If you are unsure what Synchronized swimming is, Synchronized swimming also known as artistic swimming, is a water sport where swimmers perform choreographed routines to music, often in a team format. It combines elements of swimming, gymnastics, diving, and dance, emphasizing synchronization, artistry, and technical skill.

Looking for a career as a lifeguard?
Walsall Gala Swimming and Fitness Centre will be running an RLSS lifeguard training course
You must be at least 16 years old and a swim test will be required prior to the booking. The course is 6 days, and all the sessions must be attended ready for the exam on the 6th day.
The dates and times for the course are:
27th May 8am to 5pm
28th May 8am to 5pm
29th May 8am to 5pm
30th May 8am to 5pm
31st May 8am to 5pm
1st June 8am to 5pm exam day
£270 per person
